Nina Chakrabarti is an illustrator based in London. She was born and spent her early life in Calcutta, India, then studied illustration at Central Saint Martin's College and The Royal College of Art, London. She works using Rotring pens, felt tips, biros, pencils, ink and the computer. Her clients include Habitat, French Connection, Vogue and Marks and Spencer.

I saw this book in the giftshop of the Moma museum in San Francisco and I thought I need that book. When I started to work in it I found it was the best fashion book ever!I hope it will help me later in my design courses.

I've given this book to two little girls so far (ages 12 and ... 39) and both love it. Now I am thinking of a list of other people who should have it too. Truly one of the most inspiring books on fashion and creativity I've ever seen. Buying more copies right now.

OK, so I am 47 years old, a mother of three grown daughters who are creative and talented in the arts.I bought this book for myself as an art journal and have decided that I need to get a copy for each of my daughters. It is great. It also has sparked my interest in creating a book on a similar scale of my middle daughter's fashion and design sketches. Would be a great book for everyone. I am enjoying mine immensely.

I really love this book. It's like a teenage colouring book. When I first saw the price I questioned whether it was too much, but after ficking through the first few pages I had to buy it. I looked through every page each time admiring the illustrations and detail! I love it. I almost didn't want to use it and just keep it as a momento in my book case.

This is just an extraordinary book.I bought it today and there is no way I can put it down.Just loved the whole idea of making us part of the book. Through our creativity.It is just AMAZING. Thanks a lot for this great present in stores.

I think 'My Wonderful World Of Fashion' is so lovely. It shows inspirational famous brands, fashion history, do-it-yourself parts and patterns. If you are looking for a lovely fashion and textile book, this is the one for you. I really advise you to buy it.

I'm an art therapist in training, and an ex-fashion illustrator. I bought this as a gift for my niece's child, but really, really didn't want to give it up. This is no ordinary coloring book. The paper the line drawings are printed on is thick and has a delightful "tooth", which makes filling in the spaces with crayons or colored pencils a sensual pleasure. (Yes, really!) I plan to buy another copy for myself, and one to use in the future with clients.

This is a beautiful book and not just for children- you'll find yourself wanting to frame pages from it. She draws inspiration from the world, with humour and creativity. And you'll learn something from it. Buy it for kids, buy it for yourself- you'll treasure it.
